Vacation Home Watch Services offers home watch programs that are customized to your needs. We will walk the exterior of the property, checking for, vandalism, break ins and the status of your landscaping and systems like pool pumps and sprinklers. We also retrieve any mail or packages to ensure your home does not look empty. Inside and out we use our comprehensive digital and customizable checklist to make sure nothing is overlooked. When completed we provide you with a GPS and time stamped report. We will inform you right away any problems or concerns we might have encountered, and give you options to to fix any potential problems. We always have your home’s protection in mind and we perform all of our services while both respecting and protecting your privacy.
We offer inspection plans on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, based upon your home’s needs. We can also accommodate customized schedules. We use the latest technology and Home Watch software in order to report information to you directly from your home. Our software operates on an encrypted network, and passwords are changed on a regular basis. For your convenience, our website has been equipped with a client portal feature that lets you make requests, view invoices and most importantly, let us know when you’ll be in town.
